1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to the AlienCheats website, forum, shop, launcher, and software licenses (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or buying a license, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will email you. The next time you sign in, you will need to accept the updated Terms before using the Service.

2. The Service

AlienCheats sells digital software licenses for an external web-based game radar. This is not a physical good. A registered account is required to buy and use a license. Access is delivered electronically as soon as payment is confirmed.

3. Payments

Purchases are paid in cryptocurrency through NowPayments. Each purchase is a one-time payment for the license duration of the selected tier. Licenses do not auto-renew.

4. Instant delivery

Because the license is digital and access is granted immediately after payment, you do not have a right to withdraw or cancel for convenience once access has been delivered.

5. Refunds

We do not offer automatic refunds. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and may be granted or refused at our discretion.

6. License rules

Each license may be bound to hardware (HWID). Some tiers have limited slots. We may suspend or revoke a license for abuse, account sharing, payment disputes, or other violations of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that you will avoid bans, detections, or other action by a game publisher. Use of the software with third-party games may violate those games’ terms. You are solely responsible for how you use the Service.
